We understand things may happen in your day to prevent you from making a scheduled appointment on time. We kindly ask that you call and let our front desk team know if you are running late. If more than 15 minutes late a fee of $10 will be added to your service that will result in $10 off the next scheduled client as a gesture on our behalf for inconveniencing them. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a reschedule.
